Domestic shipping and handling charges will be clearly
displayed as you complete an order online. If you would like
to ship internationally, simply contact us and we’ll
be happy to assist you.
Please allow 48 hours for all orders to be processed plus
transit time to your shipping location.
FedEx Home Delivery® service is used for most domestic
shipments (charges listed below) and products usually arrive
within 5-7 business days.
To receive your order more quickly, you may choose,
FedEx 2Day® or FedEx Express Saver® for an additional
charge. There is
no weekend pickup or delivery for either of these shipping
methods. Also, because not every item on our site is always
immediately available, all or part of your order may take
additional time to ship.
A special handling fee for exceptionally heavy, bulky or
fragile items may also apply. Of course, we’ll tell you
about that on the individual product pages.
These rates do not
apply to our Persian hand knotted rugs as they are very
heavy and require specialized handling and insurance.
Shipping charges on rugs will be assessed on
individual rug basis.
