Returns & Exchanges
If
you’re not absolutely delighted with your purchase when it arrives,
we’re happy to make an exchange or issue you a store credit within 7
days of arrival of your order.
If you would like to exchange something, please call us in
advance making sure the item you are interested in is available.
As many of our items are unique or one-of-a-kind, it may take a
few weeks to commission a new piece to the artist.
We like to discuss all the details before we proceed with a
return or exchange.
In
summary:
- All returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Merchandise will be accepted for exchange or store credit only.
- You must gain a return authorization, by calling us at 845-988-1888 before sending the item back. Ask for Sussan.
- Products must be in their original packaging and undamaged.
- No price adjustment will be issued if an item has gone on sale after your purchase.
- Certain items, such as bedding and personal care products cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Under most circumstances, shipping charges will be assessed. Of course, if you received an incorrect order or damaged goods, shipping is on us.

Please carefully pack the items in the original packaging, if
