If you see a rug on our website that you like, please give us a call so we can share with you the rug’s description, price, and additional pictures if necessary. If you wish to purchase at that time, we charge your credit card and ship the rug to you free of charge. If you wish to see the rug at your home prior to purchase, we place a hold for the price of the rug on your credit card. If you decide to purchase the rug, we will execute the sale. If you decide against it, we will fully release the hold on your credit card after we have received the rug in its original condition.
