Will there be sales taxes on my order?
If your order is being shipped to New York or New Jersey,
where we have a brick and mortar store, we will have to add
corresponding state sales tax to your order.
Outside of these two states, everything is tax-free.
The taxes paid are clearly stated on your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely. To order products for international shipment,
please contact us and we’ll be happy to take care of
everything for you.
How do I know if my order is being processed?
Soon after your order, we’ll send you a confirmation email.
We’ll also send a shipping confirmation email when all or
part of your order has been sent.
How can I find out the status of an order placed online?
You receive an email from us when you place you’re an order
and another one when we ship your order.

Does Silkenwool Home have a catalogue?
Since most of our items are one-of-a-kind items, we do not
have a print catalogue.
Our website is our catalogue.
Can I send a gift to someone?
Certainly. In
the check-out process, you will list your address as the
Bill to address and the person you are sending the gift to
as the Ship to address.
You are also able to add a gift card and gift
packaging if you choose to.
Can I send a Gift Certificate to someone? Yes, simply go to the
Gift Certificate page and
follow directions to select the amount of your gift and see
the sample of the card we send out.
How do you protect my credit card information?
We take your privacy very seriously. Your online order will
