We accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express.
Delivery
Shipping is free within the United States. We are proud to use FedEx
Ground as our preferred shipping provider. You can expect 1-5 business
day delivery within 48 contiguous states, and a 3-7 business days to
Alaska and Hawaii from the date your rug leaves our warehouse. We are
unable to ship to PO Boxes or an APO address. Second day air deliveries
are available for a flat fee of $90.00.

Condition
of the Rug
Due to the hand-made nature of the rugs, some imperfections, such as
slight variations in color, asymmetry in design, or variation in size,
are expected. The price of the rug reflects its unique characteristics.
Rugs, as one-of-a-kind hand-made items could be more expensive if they
have a unique characteristic which sets them apart from other rugs.
Delivery
Damage
If you find that your shipment shows visible signs of damage on receipt,
please attempt to open it in the presence of the driver. If the contents
of the package are damaged due to shipping process, make sure to document
that on the shipping manifest. Damage due to shipping must be reported
within 5 business days allowing us to contact the responsible parties
in time. Be sure to retain all packaging materials. If possible, take
a photograph of the damaged package, as this can assist in the claims
process.
Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it for a refund.
To return rugs, follow these simple steps:
- Rugs
must be returned in their original condition received by you. We will
not be able to accept rugs that have been damaged after they have
been received by you.
- Email
or call us within 5 business days of the receipt of your rug.
- When
you contact us- all information will be taken and a Refund Authorization
will be sent to you via email with return information.
- Repackage
the rug in its original packaging or equivalent.
- Please
follow the return information sent to you in the e-mail.
- Shipping
and Handling charges will not be refunded.
- Customers
are responsible for return shipping cost.
Price
If a Product is quoted at an incorrect price, higher or lower, due to
typographical error or error in pricing information: (1) Silken Wool
has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the Product
quoted at the incorrect price, even if we have confirmed the receipt
of your order and charged your credit or debit card; and, (2) if Silken
Wool has charged your credit or debit card but subsequently canceled
your order, we will promptly issue a credit to your credit or debit
card account for the amount charged; and (3) if Silken Wool has overcharged
your account, we will promptly issue a credit to your credit or debit
card account for the overcharged amount.
Sales
Tax
All Rugs shipped to NY and NJ are subject to tax according to local
tax rates. There is no sales tax charged on rugs shipped to other states
within the United States.
Privacy
Statement
Protecting your privacy is very important to Silken Wool. Any personal
information you provide will be treated with care, and subject to our
Privacy Policy,
will not be used or disclosed in ways to which you have not consented.
